If you are a non-swimmer wanting to learn; a triathlete wanting to get faster; a recreational swimmer wanting to improve technique and skills; a pool swimmer wanting to try open-water swimming; an experienced swimmer wanting to increase endurance; or simply someone wanting to make swimming a regular part of their fitness routine then this activity is for you. Swimming offers the ultimate in non-impact aerobic exercise. It allows you to improve your cardiovascular fitness without stressing your knees, ankles, feet, and hips. Swimming is an exercise you can enjoy your entire life. And here along the Central Coast, you have plenty of swimming options- from your backyard pool, a fitness pool, or the deep blue sea!

This training is designed to be a very personal, one-on-one experience to learn, improve, and enjoy the water. Workouts are custom-built to address individual goals, and can be geared to swimmers of all ages, including children. It's never too early to learn how to be SAFE and comfortable around our beautiful Santa Barbara waters!
